Clarke Doyle is a mortgage broker and banker with over 40 years’ experience. He has setup numerous wholesale, banking and broker operations through Northern California. As business owner of mortgage banking operation he setup underwriting, secondary, investors, compliance, personnel.

Mary Cotney’s career started in processing department of a broker operation and as the broker began the transition into banker she coordinated the processing, funding, QC departments and the purchase of loans to investors. She has also setup banks, mortgage bankers processing departments.
Mary has the ability to adapt to different operations and markets, which is of great value is this current environment. Her career has spanned over 30 years and has seen all types of markets and loans. enjoys working with loan officers and customers to assist in finding the best mortgage solutions. Mary prides herself in specializing in the processing of all residential mortgages

I have been in the mortgage world for many years, helping clients with every type of loan possible. If there is a loan type possible, I have probably done it.
Prior to becoming a mortgage professional, I was a Baseball coach. Coaching professionally, collegiately and in high school. I have a huge passion for coaching, teaching, and helping people whether those people are in the mortgage world or local kids.
Currently, I coach Varsity baseball at a local Solano county high school.

My name is Teresa Short-Nobori. I have many ties to the Bay Area where I grew up and later worked as a paramedic, along with my husband, before moving to El Dorado Hills.
My devotion to helping others is what brought me to the mortgage business, where I first assisted loan officers before obtaining my license to work on my own. I’m currently a loan officer and have helped many borrowers, including first responders, to obtain their mortgage goals.

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and what I am about. I am a Senior Loan Officer and have been working in home financing for over 30 years. I specialize in working with First Time home buyers as I love the challenges that come with putting the pieces together to secure the best loan for my clients. Living and working in Fairfield and Vacaville for most of my life has given me the insight needed to know the ins and outs of the down payment assistance programs as well. I am also well versed in the FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional Loans. In my spare time, I enjoy horseback riding, trying to cook new recipes, and other outdoor activities both by myself and with my grandchildren. I have even ran a few marathons in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
